Welcome back from what I hope has been an enjoyable and memorable summer for you and your families. 

The Scouting year is starting up and here is the first bit of information for you to share with members of your Group Committee and Section leaders.

1. Registration Packages Ready for Pick-up

Registration kits are now ready for pick-up from the Scout Office.  Along with the kits there is a ‘Recruitment Took Kit’  for each group.  The Council Office is opened, Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 4:30pm.

If you aren't able to pickup your Group's kit please contact the office so that alternate arrangements can be made.

Hi:

 

I do hope that you have had an opportunity to experience ‘Summer’ when it has made its brief appearance(s) this year! 

 

This year we are planning to do something a little bit different for the ‘Popcorn Campaign Kickoff’!!!  Yum and this would be that we’ll hold  a SUPPER Kickoff for Popcorn … I’ll bring the casseroles, salad, dessert etc. but I will need a bit of assistance from you to make this happen.

 

For your group would you please note that I need to ask you to invite… ‘yourself and your group popcorn coordinator’.  I do realize that in some cases the group commissioner and the popcorn coordinator are one in the same person so I would then only see 1 person from your group..

 

I promise that this will not be a late evening…supper , information on the ‘new’ popcorn program, and of course some prizes!

 

Date is September 11th

Location is the Woodlawn United Church (brick building)in Dartmouth

Time is 6:30 PM   Remember I will have supper ready.  If you could please let me know who will be attending that would be excellent!
